TERMS OF SUPERVISORY SESSION

We, at Evergro (the “Website”) also have a provision for the supervision of the counsellors in case they require help from expert therapists (hereinafter “Supervisory Sessions”). When the counsellors (hereinafter “Supervisee”) opts to take the Supervisory Sessions from the expert therapists (hereinafter “Supervisor/s”) they shall be liable to the following terms of Supervisory Sessions:

a. Both Supervisor and Supervisee understand that these sessions are conducted to provide assistance and guidance to any Supervisee in general and not on particular case to case basis;

b. Both the parties have agreed to the terms set out in the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy of the Website;

c. The Supervisee covenants and agree that the Supervisor is available only on pre-scheduled basis and in case of emergencies regarding any client, the Supervisor is not liable to attend the session or provide any assistance on any particular client session;

d. The Supervisee further understands and agrees that the Supervisor shall not be liable for any of the advice provided by the Supervisee to their clients during the therapy sessions. The advice provided by the Supervisor is only for the purpose of assistance when the Supervisee requires help on certain matters;

e. Lastly, Evergro shall not be liable for any information or action of either party i.e., the Supervisor or Supervisee.

The continuance of usage of this Website shall be deemed as the ‘Acceptance’ of the terms set hereinabove.
